I decided to start taking ginseng two years ago and have been trying out different types from liquid pouches to capsule form. When I first started, I felt a boost of energy after taking ginseng but after using it for a long period of time, the energy boost subsided. Now I am taking them to keep maintenance and help with memory.

The BTGIN Root Original Korean Ginseng Rg3 Enriched Authentic Korean Ginseng Capsules easily take the prize for the fanciest, most luxuriously packaged supplement I've ever seen. Of course, fancy packaging doesn't make a product the best. What matters is the quality of the product itself. Toward that end, I'm not sure I accept the BTGIN claim that their Ginseng is superior to other Gingseng products that contain the root along with standardized extracts. Or that the Root Original has better anti-inflammatory and anti-hypertensive effects. That said, I do accept that Red Gingseng may have several health benefits for men.

I am 70 years old, and have taken Ginseng for a long period of time and have enjoyed its benefits. These capsules are easy to swallow, and to me, have no discernable taste. I like that they are a fresh stock, with a best use by date of 08/2024. The packaging of this product, and its' accompanying documentation, is outstanding, it would be something you would think is included in a Oscars' swag bag, making it very giftable, if you were someone who gives supplements as gifts.

I tried another brand of Red Panax Ginseng and I loved it . I really felt like it was making my already healthy body, even more healthy. I felt sharp and energetic too. But it was also expensive, as any good Red Panax is. So therein lies the dilemma, at what point does the extra cost for supplements become too expensive. I see this as a “designer” supplement that I don’t necessarily need, but I want . I agree that the product presentation is extraordinary on this one and could be scaled back for a few dollars saving.

Although I cannot buy it again because of the price, I think this is an excellent excellent product, containing an insert describing the product. A lot of the$$ I'm sure went into the elaborate packaging, which is so pretty I'm saving for gift boxes... but I doubt that's what you're looking for.

I unload than load a full semi trailer daily at work using a dolly to push/walk heavy product so I do alot of walking I imagine it's easily over 10,000 steps and I really noticed a nice improvement in how I felt from beginning to end I have all day energy on this stuff just incredible and I'm glad I tried this product I'll have to order again. It was better than I expected

I make a large cup of tea with this ginseng using 2 packets of it and adding powdered ginseng and honey. It's very enjoyable and, I believe, beneficial to my mental and physical health.

It was sent from Korea. The sender was even its manufacturer. I liked that first. And, the delivery was quite faster than I expected. This red ginseng capsule only used roots grown in Korea. I know many Korean ginseng capsules sold in markets are still from China. They normally mix with aerial parts such as leaves, stems, etc. I believe ginseng roots like I like apples in fruit part (not apple leaves;;). I learned of this product and this brand my self before purchasing. Because, it's not cheap;; but I like it for its good quality. It's not bad choice!

I feel my body condition changed. Especially after 2days with 4capsules?, next morning was different. This Korean red ginseng capsule has highly condensed ginsenosides more than any other Korean red ginseng capsules. May be that's why. I have never experienced by other ginseng products. KGC product was also not bad but this one was faster to feel something. So, I recommend this interesting product. I will keep updating after one month.

I had the chance to try this product when I lived in Korea, so I was glad to try it again. My previous job had me at times working at a computer for hours and I would get more tired/very sleepy at the end of the long work day. After taking this I found that happened less often and I was able to focus more on tasks. Now even though I had a different job I still find that after taking this I have more energy during the day than I normally do. I only take 1 capsule in the morning, so I can't say how the effect would differ if I took 2. Overall I'm pleased with this product.

YUP.... it tastes exactly how it looks If I had to describe, I would say it's pretty much like drinking some dirt from the garden that has a hint of bitter carrot and celery to it. It will make ya, or it did for me anyways, go bleh and stick your tongue out after every swallow. It was gross, no question about it but since this was a new taste, a combination of earthy flavors that was just weird... I kept drinking it until it was all gone. When it was all over, it left me with this strange after taste (that goes really well with beef jerky btw) and it did seem to give me a bit of alertness. Perhaps even a better mood.

Taste is not pleasant, on the bitter side. But I am already aware of what ginseng tastes like, so I really like these. I like to mix this in hot-warm water, it tastes like ginseng tea but just ginseng.

Red ginseng rocks my world. Good stuff is usually so pricy, though I usually find it in liquid form. Little vials. These are packets of dry powders. Typical bitter taste, but pretty easy to get down. I just chase it with a sip of something- more water, or my coffee. I do feel more.. alive (best word I can think of) when I take it. So the feels are instant, and I would say that their prediction of noticing within a week is very accurate. It has to do with how the enzyme treatment methods helps to greatly increase bioavailability. This isnt a daily consumption item, at least not for me. I use concentrated ginseng for times ...

I've heard about all the benefits of ginseng and would like to give it a try. I've yet to see the benefits since it's gonna be a long term thing but I find this product hard to take. The product comes in a a box with 10 sachets, the ginseng is in the form of powder, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to dissolve it in water or just swallow it as is. Since ginseng has a bitter taste, I tried to swallow it is it so it's quicker than having to drink a glass of bitter water, that was a mistake. The powder was very fine and it got stuck to my tongue and it took quite a bit of water ...
